Timeline
The timeline option orders the comments by time which help to visualize the overall changes of the comments within context. The Delta View is by default activated and helps to find the differences.
Grouped by Comment
The grouped panel groups the changes of each comment within the work item separately. This allows to inspect a single comment and its changes isolated even if the changes are timely widely spread.
