Why is my Search Field located at the bottom of the form in the JSM create request screen?

This is because of the JSM cloud limitations that we have to work within. We are only able to add new fields at the very bottom of the form. The positioning options that are available are primarily intended for relative positioning of multiple Search Fields and Info Panels.
