Jira users created after app configuration are not assigned assets immediately

If a user is created in Jira after your initial sync when configuring the app the Snipe-IT assets aren’t assigned immediately. Snipe-IT syncs every six hours, which means it can take up to six hours for assets to be assigned to new users.
