Selecting Assets in Service Requests

This is the documentation for Snipe-IT for Jira Version 2. All Version 1 users will have to migrate to Version 2 by the end of the year.

Once a Jira Service Management project has been configured for using Snipe-IT for Jira, and JSM portal request types have been selected, it is possible to select assets for the configured Fields when creating a request of the selected types.

This works for both Company-Managed and Team-Managed service projects.
