Jira Service Management Forms (formerly ProForma)

Jira Forms associated with Jira Service Management issues will be cloned to the created work item. This includes cloning all the questions, their answers, the status of the form, and whether it is external or internal.

Known limitations

• Cloning Jira Service Management Forms is not supported when cloning to another instance

• Jira Forms in Software spaces (projects) are not cloned

• Cloning a JSM space (project) will not clone the form templates from the original space
