Prime To-Do List

An editable To-Do list, which is displayed as such in the Jira issue view.

Configuration

Configuring this field is optional and enables defining To-Do list entries that are always available and cannot be deleted for a given issue.

Effects of Changing the Configuration

When changing the configuration, issue values previously set that do not match with the new configuration will not be automatically adjusted.

For example, using the configuration above, an issue might have the value “Document Bug” set. If the entry “Document Bug” is renamed to “Document Problem”, the issue will still have the value “Document Bug” set (including in JQL search).

However, when editing the value in the issue again, the value “Document Problem” will be selected instead of “Document Bug”. If you then save the new value, the issue will show “Document Problem” (including in JQL search).

The behavior is similar when deleting and moving options within the configuration.
