Google Calendar for Confluence enables you to share private calendars with your colleagues. You can integrate one or multiple Google Calendars into your Confluence pages without making them public.

How to add the Google Calendar macro to a Confluence page

After having installed the app from the Atlassian Marketplace, you can embed Google Calendars in any wiki page or blog post.

  1. Go to the wiki page where you want to add the calendar.

  2. Edit the page.

  3. Type /google-calendar ({google-calendar} for the old editor) to add the macro.

  4. Open the macro editor, if it doesn’t do so automatically.

Do not copy & paste but type {google-calendar} or /google-calendar

Embed Google Calendar

You can now authorize which Google Calendars the app should have read access to.

  1. Click on “Authenticate new Google account”.

  2. Allow codefortynine to view your Google Calendars.

Once you’ve authenticated your calendars, you can select and configure the calendar(s) you want to display.
