Seat Sync Limit of 5000
This is the documentation for Snipe-IT for Jira Version 2. All Version 1 users will have to migrate to Version 2 by the end of the year.
Snipe-IT for Jira has a limit of 5000 seats that are synced, when you are trying to assign a seat to a user for a license. This means in the dropdown to assign seats, we might not display all current assignments, if the license has more than 5000 seats.
