Installing the Extension

Prerequisites

• Ensure you have administrative privileges before attempting to connect the apps.

• External Data for Jira Fields (Main App) is installed

Installing

To install the free extension please follow these steps:

1. Go to Apps > Explore more apps

2. Search for external extension and click on the External Data for Jira Fields - Extension

3. Click on Get app and follow the final steps to install the app in your instance.

4. Connect the app by following this guide: Connecting the Extension
